My vegetarian recipes are not all vegan[no animal by-products like milk, egg, cheese..etc]. They are a mixed bag, some are ovo-lacto vegetarian recipes, while some may be vegan. I believe in using butter, and vegetable oil[corn, peanut, sesame, sunflower, or olive], however totally NOT for lard, margarine or any type of hydrogenated fats or fatty acids, as they are really unhealthy for the heart.
Use a lots of herbs and spices as they help the immune system.
